Be Kynd

Hi!  I’m the Ky in Be Kynd!

I have several journals that I write in throughout the week, but sometimes I feel like I just need to share some of these thoughts.  Starting a blog is pretty intimidating. So, I'm just going to be authentic and use some good ol’ fashion trial and error to see what works.

First thing’s first:  Why the name “Be Kynd” ?  Well I'm called Ky and that did influence the name of the blog a little BUT that is not the sole driver behind the idea 😉. I believe that deep down everyone is good inside.  We’re born into this world as perfect little beings - no scars, no mistakes, no regrets.  It is our experiences that make us who we are.  We choose how we behave.  And I'm choosing to behave with kindness.

I feel like I have lived 100 lives, and if you believe in reincarnation then you'd agree that I probably have.  So I am an old soul who, in this life, has learned the importance of practicing kindness towards myself and to others.

I hope you enjoy my thoughts and are inspired in some way.
